Fall is in full swing.

After a late start, Fall is here to stay. The markets are overflowing many varieties of squashes, robust greens and stalks of Brussels sprouts. We're stocking up on our fall recipes to preserve the best this season has to offer. 

 

FALL

Chicken & Lamb

Free range chicken and grass fed, pasture raised lamb. Local fall squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets. Organic kidney & adzuki beans, pumpkin seeds, turmeric, and a dash of cod liver oil.

Beef

Grass fed, pasture raised beef. Local fall squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets. Organic kidney & adzuki beans, pumpkin seeds, ground egg shells*, turmeric, and a dash of cod liver oil.

 

FALL SLIM

Lean grass fed, pasture raised beef. Local fall squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets. Organic kidney & adzuki beans, pumpkin seeds, ground egg shells*, turmeric, and a dash of cod liver oil.

 

 

* Egg shells are added for calcium. The eggs are beautiful pastel colored from pasture raised hens:
